Brush Research is very pleased to announce our new Diamond Flex-Hone for deburring and surface finishing in hard materials. The miniature diamond Flex-Hone tools are stocked in sizes from 4mm to 20mm in three different mesh sizes: 170/200, 800 and 2500. Other diameters are available on special order. These products are now in stock and ready for immediate delivery.
The new diamond Flex-Hone tools open application areas not presently possible with conventional Flex-Hone abrasives. The tools are simply amazing for polishing and finishing hard materials like carbide, ceramic and hardened tool steels. Introduction of the new diamond abrasive provides a great opportunity to solve difficult finishing problems in hard materials and reaffirms BRM as the leader in surface finishing technology.
