Diverse Applications for Flex-Hones
The August 2009 issue of Production Machining featured an article about BRM's Flex-Hone Tool. The tool continues to get news-worthy exposure for its versatility and many benefits including surface finishing, deburring, and plateau finishing. Although many are familiar with Flex-Hone standard abrasives and grit selections, (such as silicon carbide in 120, 180, and 240 grit) the article also touches on specialty abrasives such as levigated alumina and diamond.
