We missed this one a couple weeks ago, but its still a good look at the little places that a Flex-Hone can be indespensible. At "Another Airgun Blog” the writer is showing the steps he uses to
rework an air gun barrel using the Flex-Hone. After drilling his holes to attach a new sight to his BAM B3-1, he uses a Flex-Hone to deburr. He may not have explicity said it but the Flex-Hone was the most affordable, quickest and reliable way to deburr the small cross holes that he had drilled. Gun tune ups are a much easier process with our honing tool. Brush Research makes a complete line of
Flex-Hone for Firearms for finishing barrels, chambers, and forcing cones.

Heather,
I can't believe you found my blog post! Thanks for linking to our blog. The flex-hone performed perfectly de-burring the inside of the airgun's receiver tube. We also use them in the bicycle shop to hone out the inside of seat tubes so the seat post will adjust smoothly.
I'd like to eventually track down one of your small rotor brushes to try on 6" to 8" mountain bike disc rotors to both remove glaze and create a uniform scratch patern.
Thanks again for the link.
Derrick
